Allsorts Week72 Travel / Holiday

Wow you sure all like your plain and simple judgeing from the amount of entries for last weeks challenge.

With the holiday season well and truly over and the winter well on its way i  Kirsten would like you to think back to the summer and create a project based around

TRAVEL / HOLIDAY

We are sponsored this week by the fabulous Sally-Ann at Digi Stamp Boutique who has some fabulous new releases for October click the link above to go straight to the shop and have a look around. The winner will recieve SIX images of there choice.

This month we are thrilled to have Sir Stampalot joining us as our Guest Designer and will be featuring work by Louise Roach who works alongside Andy and Janice in the Peterborough store. I asked Louise to write a small piece about herself, but being the very modest person she is she felt unable to do so, so I would like to share my take on Louise's work.

Like so many crafters, Louise started her craft journey with cross stitch before moving to papercrafting 14 years ago. She has an elegant and unique style of crafting and loves working with Tilda and other cute images and has spent many hours developing her knowledge and expert use of Copic's. It is not unusual for Louise to spend many hours on a single card creating work which is coloured and shaded to perfection. Louise also does demos and teaches Copic techniques.

Once again the D.T's have Made some wonderful cards to inspire you, please stop by there blogs and leave some love...

Allsorts Week 70 - At least 3 punches

YAY, it's Saturday which means it's time for a new challenge here at ALLSORTS

Firstly a massive thank you to those who took part in Brenda's theme
 "Colours of Autumn"
this proved a popular theme as there were many superb entries.

Don't forget to check if you were the winner of the lovely stamp set,
or if Brenda chose you as one of the top 5

This week it's my turn (Fleur) to set the challenge & I would like to see
"3 Punches"

I would like you to use at least 3 DIFFERENT punches.

This would also be the perfect opportunity to enter our sister challenge
as the theme there is also to use punches, so if you use a Penny Black image you can enter that too,
Obviously you can still use any image to enter the ALLSORTS weekly challenge.

This week we are sponsered by
Who are kindly offering A £10 voucher
to this week's lucky winner

The DT have, once again come up with some awesome creations

Allsorts Week 69 - Colours of Autumn

Good Morning everyone and welcome to Allsorts where it is my turn - Brenda, to host the new theme. Before I move on to the new challenge, a huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Debs New Beginnings theme last week, so many varied interpretations of the theme and it was a joy to see all your work.

Like it or not we are heading into Autumn but although that means shorter days and colder nights, it does promise some of the most beautiful colours Nature has to offer. It's one of the seasonal colours I most enjoy working with so the theme for you all this week is:

Colours of Autumn

And we are thrilled to be sponsored this week by one of our regular sponsors Stamp Supermarket who are "Run by Stampers for Stampers" and I know that's right because Julia is passionate about her stamps and knows just what us crafters are looking for. She is offering one lucky winner:

Penny Black 30-056 Robins Kingdom from the 2010 Christmas Collection

Their on line offers an absolutely fantastic range of stamps and accessories and they also have a very useful second hand section so you can treat yourself to even more crafty goodies with the added bonus of free UK P&P on orders over £39.00.

The DT have worked their magic again this week and here are their wonderful creations to offer you some inspiration. Please do click on their names to go visit their personal blogs and show your appreciation for all their hard work.

And we are pleased to welcome back Vicky our Guest Designer this month from Stamp Addicts with another of her stunning creations:
