Week 710 Something New

Happy New Year to you from all of us here at Allsorts and before I hand you over to Mervi for this week’s theme there are some changes taking place, these were published on yesterday's winners post, but we want to be sure everyone is totally in the loop as we would hate for anyone to miss out on a prize.

Challenges will continue just as before, there will be still be prizes every week from our fabulous Patrons and our Top 5 will still be announced each Friday afternoon, but winners will in future be announced once a month rather than weekly. This makes the admin side of things much easier for us, especially given the changes we are experiencing with postal services here in the UK. There is a list on the sidebar so you can check dates of prize winners’ posts.

CAS winners and an announcement

Good evening and my thanks for all your entries to our CAS theme. Before I announce the winners I need to tell you about future changes we are making to timings of winner posts. 

The UK postal service has become unreliable leading to some sponsors changing to courier services and when I am sending prizes I often have to travel to find a Post Office as our village PO now only opens occasionally, therefore as things move quickly on a weekly challenge the change makes practical sense in a number of ways for all involved. 

So in future winners will be announced on the last Friday of the month covering the preceding weeks challenges, a list of winners posting dates is available on the sidebar to help ensure you don't miss the posts. Top 5 posts will continue to be published at 6pm GMT each Friday but will not contain winners.

We have prizes from Highlight Crafts, AALL and Create and Ruth Hamilton Design and the winners as selected by Random Org., are....Anke no 79 (claimed), Jean no 11 and Susan no 93 (neither claimed, back in prize box)

Week 708/9 🌾

Good morning, Brenda here and it falls on me to host our last challenge of 2022 and wish you all a very Happy Christmas and Crafty 2023. We've had another fabulous year of challenges, seen some amazing artwork and the support of some generous Patrons, our thanks to each and every one of you.

For this challenge I have chosen the theme of....

******CAS - Clean and Simple******

Your entry can be for any occasion as long as it follows this simple theme. This challenge will run for two weeks over the Christmas period to enable our team to have a break, so please bear with us if comments are a little slower than usual arriving.

Week 707 Winners and Top 5

Hi everyone, it's Pauline here again to announce the winners and top 5 for this week's challenge - Anything Goes with option "O Christmas Tree!".

Note to prizewinners: Overseas prizes are always marked as gifts as recommended by Customs. However, several overseas winners have recently advised that Customs charges have been levied on their prize. This is beyond our control and we would ask that winners from outside the UK take this into consideration before claiming their prize.

Week 707 🎄

Good morning everyone, it's Pauline here to welcome you to this week's Allsorts challenge. I have chosen the theme this week and it is

*** Anything Goes with option O Christmas Tree! ***

So we would love to see all your makes so long as they comply with our simple challenge rules, but if you are still making a few last minute Christmas cards then hopefully the option of Christmas trees will inspire you!

This week we have two prizes on offer which have been donated by one of our regular entrants who wishes to remain anonymous ... so a big thankyou to the team - you know who you are!! Two lucky randomly selected winners will each receive one of the following two beautiful stamp sets.
