Week 123 - 5 flowers

Morning all, this week it's Mummylade's turn to host the challenge (gosh, it's nice to talk about myself in third person, makes me feel like a sports star *lol*). Anyway, we have two sponsors for our challenge and the challenge is an easy one - use at least five flowers on your project.

Our first sponsor is:

The Pretty Little Ribbon Shop supplies ribbon, twine, embellishments, rubber stamps etc for crafters everywhere. New is stock for September are Catslife Press Stamps and our fabulous new Pretty Little Ribbon Packs which are available in a variety of gorgeous colours and at a great value price.

Our second sponsor is:

Who are offering 6 images of winners choice and All entries using a DSB image get to enter into the challenge twice.

So get your flowers out and overflow your projects! The design team will start you off with the creations below:

We are delighted to welcome Jo Channon as our Guest Designer for October who many of you will recognise from her regular appearances on Create and Craft. Jo does wonderful things with Spellbinders and this is the gorgeous creation she has come up with for is this week

Here is a little bit about Jo:

My name is Jo Channon and I have been crafting for many years firstly starting with dressmaking and swiftly followed by cross stitching. Through a natural course of events (as we all do) I eventually found the very addictive papercrafting which has seriously (in a good way!) effected by whole life. I now own my own craft shop in Coningsby, Lincolnshire called Let’s Create where I run regular workshops and demonstration days. It is a warm and friendly shop and the kettle is always on. Mark, my husband, works alongside me in the shop. I also have the great pleasure of representing Creative Expressions on Create and Craft on a regular basis with all the products that I love to work with – Spellbinders, Distress inks, Ideaology, Ranger and stamps. I have recently set up a blog which is going very well and I am really enjoying it.

Week 122 - Keep it Simple

Hello and welcome to my (Amanda's) theme for the week.

Clean and Simple

I love the clean and simple style and some people have a real knack for it, I seem to struggle and have to sit on my hands to stop myself from adding ribbons and layers and other scrummy stuff lol So hide those flowers and embellishments and bits n bob and keep it simple :o)

This week we welcome one of our regular sponsors, Sir Stampalot who are giving this weeks winner a set of Whipper Snapper stamps.

Sir Stampalot are a UK based one stop craft store who offer a speedy on line shopping facility as well as having a spacious store in Peterborough which is jam packed with stamps from all the leading manufacturers along with a whole range of other crafting goodies.

Their 'whats new' section is updated almost daily so you won't miss out on any of the new items which this week includes the fabulous Picket Fence from Tim Holtz....you can check out this fabby new product here (speed through to about 11mins to see Tim demonstrating it).

Week 121 - Alter/recycle

Good Morning everyone,
Nicola here with my first week hosting an Allsorts challenge!

This week I would love to see you

Recycle or Alter something

as I don't like to waste anything, lol.
Let your imaginations run wild and take this theme in any direction you want, from altering a picture frame to recycling some discarded packaging. All I ask is that you make it obvious in your blog post what you've altered/recycled, and most importantly have FUN!

Thanks to everyone who entered Jill's theme last week, Flowers and Swirls is obviously a favourite as well as a timeless classic.

Our sponsor this week is:

generously offering a Little Darlings rubber stamp of choice.

Here is little about the store from owner Angie. "With my husband's support and encouragement, I decided to open a store where I could bring many of my favorite things together in one place. I thought about how wonderful it would be to launch a new rubber stamp line and through a friend found an amazing muralist and children's book illustrator. The combo of my vision and her raw talent has resulted in the ‘Little Darlings' rubber stamp line. I am truly blessed to be able to do something that I absolutely love each and every day.

Here are the Design Team's amazing inspiration,
I'm sure they would love a visit from you!

Nicola

Please link up with Mr Linky below, you have until 6pm (GMT) Friday 23rd September.
We cant wait to see your creations, thanks for your continued support :), and have a great weekend

Week 120 - flowers and swirls

Good morning everybody and welcome to a new challenge!

I hope you are all well and ready for the weekend.
Today it's my (Jill) first time hosting a challenge and for my theme today I have chosen something that I hardly can make a card without...

Flowers and swirls!

Pretty easy one , don't you think?!

We have two fabulous sponsors with us today and two great prizes to be won:.

"Crimson Cloud is a mother/daughter venture - a way to indulge our joint passion of cardmaking and crafting. We only sell products that we have tried, tested and love using. We have developed our own exclusive range of digital stamps, svg files and "Make Your Own Card" kits which reflect our styles of card making - and hopefully yours too!"

Our next sponsor is a new one at Allsorts, a webshop with gorgeous digi images for all kinds of cards

And they are offering 4 digis of winners choice and here is a little bit about them:

“My name is Ruth and I live in Northern Ireland with my husband and two grown up sons.
I started drawing my own images for my cards a couple of years ago and A Passion for Stamps was born! Since then I have got a great Design Team on board making beautiful cards using my images. I draw a wide range of images including florals, animals, birds, cute, male etc and love to use punches to complement them. Please pay us a visit and if there is something you'd really like drawn, feel free to drop me a line."

Ruth our Guest Designer from A Passion for Stamps has created this lovely
card for us using her rosebud image.

And this is from our September Guest Designer - Jak Heath

And here comes the lovely work from The Allsorts Design Team:

Amanda

Now I really look forward to see what you create this week!
Have a nice weekend everybody
Hugs, Jill
