A change of challenge format for the New Year and an invitation to apply to become an Allsorts Design Team Member
We would like to tell you about upcoming changes to our regular challenges:
- We are moving to fortnightly challenges, weekly is very fast paced so we decided to slow things down a bit.
- The plan was for this to start in January, but as our Christmas challenge always runs for two weeks, the change will be effective from December 20th.
- From that date you will be able to enter each challenge five times and we will move to a Top 7 selected from entrants of each challenge.
- Allsorts is now in it's sixteenth year and we are so pleased that thanks to some very generous patrons we will continue to offer physical prizes for every challenge.
Our search for new Design Team members: It's been a long time since we were looking for new DT's, but that time has arrived as during the last year we have lost a few members for various personal reasons.
If you are interested in knowing more please mail Brenda with:
- A little about yourself and style of crafting.
- Details of any existing DT's (although previous DT experience is not necessary).
- Link to your blog (we are a blog based challenge so an active blog is essential)
Don't be shy and I promise I will reply to all applicants in a reasonable timeframe and tell you more about what is required from our team members.
Wonderful news! I love to enter but a week is never long enough for me to make a card specifically for the theme, unless it's a fluke that my Sunday Snippets card qualifies! Hooray!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the changes. Weekly challenges are very fast paced and 2 weeks will give the DT a little breathing space and allow everyone plenty of time to join in xx
ReplyDeleteGoodluck with the new changes Brenda and DT ladies........gr karin

ReplyDeleteMore time to enter the challenges!!! Easier for both DT and challengers .
