Winner and top 5 for Inspired by a song

Time to announce the winner and top 5 for our Inspired by a song-challenge. First we unfortunately had to sort out all the contributions that didn't follow the instructions stating that you had to write the name of the song that inspired you in your post. So please read through the challenge before you post your creation in order to be eligble.
